Privacy policy

When you use the booking or checklist forms we collect what you enter: your name, mobile number, email if you give it, the service you are asking about, the ZIP code and type of location for the signing, the number of signers, and any notes.

We also record how you found the site, such as the campaign or referring website, so we know which of our efforts help people reach us. This is stored in your browser for the session and sent with your request.

We use your information to call or text you back about your request, prepare and schedule your appointment, and keep the records the law requires of notaries and Legal Document Assistants.

We do not sell your personal information.

If you check "Texting is fine", we may text you about your request and appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of any service.

Your request is stored in our customer management system, operated by a service provider on our behalf. We share information with others only when you ask us to, when a notarial or legal record requires it, or when the law requires it.

California residents may ask what personal information we hold about them, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of any sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. To make a request, call (619) 345-0006.
