For a mobile notary visit, the travel fee is $50 minimum, up to $80, depending on how far you are from Mission Valley, plus $15 per notarized signature.

Mission Valley is a mix of apartment and condo buildings along Friars Road, Camino de la Reina and Rio San Diego Drive, and offices near Hazard Center and along Mission Center Road. We can meet you at any of them. Visitors staying on Hotel Circle can meet us in their room or in the lobby.

The valley runs from the Fashion Valley and Hazard Center area in the west, past Rio Vista and the Green Line trolley stops, to the SDSU Mission Valley campus and Snapdragon Stadium in the east. Tell us the building name and nearest cross street when you book so we arrive at the right entrance.

Many of the newer residential buildings in Mission Valley have gated garages, call boxes and assigned parking. Before the appointment, let us know the gate code or call box name, where visitor parking is, and which elevator or tower to use. A few details up front keep the signing calm and on time for everyone.

Several major hospitals sit just outside the valley floor, all a short drive from our base. Sharp Memorial Hospital and Rady Children's Hospital are up the hill to the north in the Kearny Mesa area. Kaiser Permanente Zion Medical Center is to the east on Zion Avenue in Grantville. UC San Diego Medical Center Hillcrest and Scripps Mercy Hospital are to the south in Hillcrest.

When you book a hospital or care facility appointment, tell us the facility name, the unit and the room number, and whether the signer is alert and able to communicate. The signer must be aware of what they are signing, willing to sign and have acceptable identification.
